Reputation Management App Subscription:

  1. Subscriptions for our reputation management app are available on a monthly and annual basis.
  2. Customers are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days of their subscription, provided they have not utilized any of the app’s features.
  3. After 15 days, no refunds will be issued for the reputation management app subscription.

Website Design Service:

  1. Our website design service aims to create a custom website tailored to your business needs.
  2. Once the project is completed and the website is delivered, refunds are no longer available.
  3. We offer a maximum of 10 revisions during the design process to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

PPC and Facebook Advertising:

  1. For PPC and Facebook advertising services, clients are responsible for paying their advertising fees directly to the respective platforms.
  2. eGiiG Digital charges non-refundable management fees for overseeing and optimizing the advertising campaigns.
  3. Once the advertising campaign is launched and the management fees have been paid, no refunds will be issued.

Reputation Management App + Website Design Package:

  1. This package includes both our reputation management app and website design service.
  2. Once you successfully subscribe to this package, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. If the service has been utilized or consumed beyond the eligible refund period.
  2. If there are violations of our terms of service or any misuse of the product or service.
  3. If there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent the delivery or use of the product or service.
